❓ Why is the login window not closing automatically?
Modern browsers block scripts from closing windows if they were not opened by a script. Try closing the tab manually; your session is already synced!
❓ How do I upgrade to the Pro tier?
Visit your Dashboard and click "Upgrade to Pro". We support credit card, PayPal, and Apple Pay checkouts securely.
❓ What is the CaptionForge AI Engine?
It is our proprietary, high-speed neural engine that transcribes your audio files natively inside your NLE software with zero external latency.
❓ I hit a rate limit (429 error). What should I do?
Wait until tomorrow for your quota limits to reset, or visit the pricing tab to upgrade to Pro for unlimited generation.
